Return Product & Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order please contact Ostuni the White City by returning, within 7 working days, your acknowledgement email to us stating your intention to cancel the order. When we receive your cancellation request prior to any goods being dispatched then you have nothing more to do. We will cancel the order and take no payment. If payment has been taken because the dispatch of your goods was imminent then the payment taken will be refunded in full to the same card that was used in making the payment. However, it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products. Further details are set out in our Returns Policy.
Where your cancelled order is both returned to us within 10 working days of the receipt of your delivery and you have notified us by email of your wish to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your 'order acknowledgement' email, the cost of your order and your original postage and packing charge will be reimbursed in full.

Returns Policy

Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange if returned in their original condition within 14 days after receipt and with proof of purchase. Refunds will only be made against the Credit or Debit Card used in the original purchase of the goods.

Exclusions

Please do not return goods if you have opened them. This will save the embarrassment of having a credit refused.

Instructions

Please click here to access the on-line returns procedures. Complete the on-line returns procedures clearly indicating the reason for your return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Package the merchandise to prevent damage, enclosing a copy of the Returns Form. Attach the Returns Label and send the merchandise using registered post or other secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return.

Ostuni the White City cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied goods, or goods subject to an Order Cancellation. You must return the goods, together with their original packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.
