Ostuni the White City (www.ostunithewhitecity.com) is an independent website service. Your use of this website and/or your acceptance without modification of the terms and conditions contained constitutes your agreement to such terms and conditions.

BOOKINGS

Due to the diversity of the private hospitality organizations the booking form must be considered as a request for booking only. That is, with the submission of the form, you won’t be able to book immediately but must wait for our reply mail that will confirm or not the requested booking. Our reply email will contain all relevant information about payment of the deposit, agreed to be between 20 and 30%. Payment of the requested deposit must be made within 24 hours in order to secure the reservation.
Also note that, unless otherwise stated, the rest of the payment must be made on site at your arrival.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION

You may cancel any reservation, with a refund of 100% of the deposit, up to 60 days after your payment day.
No refund will be given for cancellation less than 30 days during Low Season and 60 days during Medium and High Season prior to your expected arrival.

Ostuni the White City makes every effort to make sure that all information contained in its website is correct at the present, and is not responsible for any discrepancy that might occur.
Ostuni the White City acts only as intermediary between the customer (you) and the private accommodations (Farm houses, Self-Catering and B&B) and car hire companies. Ostuni the White City has no responsibility for any disagreement or contract failure that might arise between the customer and the private organizations.
