Zoo Safari

The Zoo Safari is about 20 km away from Ostuni, near the city of Fasano. It is the biggest Zoo in Italy with the greatest number of animal species in Europe. They are not kept in cages or behind bars. You can visit it with a car or use the internal transport facility.

The Zinzulusa Grotto

This grotto takes its name from the fact that its stalactites and stalagmites resemble lines of hanging cloths, which in the local dialect are known as zinzuli.
The grotto is entered through an opening in the sheer cliffs plunging down into the deep blue Adriatic Sea. At high tide it becomes inaccessible. It can be reached from Castro or Santa Cesarea Terme.
