The party

Our Pizza and Focaccia party is a unique and special event we can organise any day of the week.

Our chefs can make you any kind of pizza. We can serve you full round pizzas or sliced pizzas locally known as "Pizza al metro".

Focaccia is typically eaten in slices, while fillings can be different depending on the season. An old time one - and widely eaten by the locals - is the "Focaccia alla cipolla", that is Focaccia with onions and olives.

Where we organise our Pizza and Focaccia party?

Our Pizza and Focaccia parties are held in a typical Apulian countryside setting, between trulli, lamie, olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, either inside or outside.

The place has different areas where you relax and enjoy the evening. On request live music played by a local band can also be provided.

Should you wish we can organise it at your own place as long as you have a wood oven for us to use.
